Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and documentation in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budgetary reports for project sites
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Conduct financial audits and internal control assessments
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors during inspections
- Monitor project costs and provide financial insights to management
- Implement financial policies and ensure adherence to company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax or finance roles
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote project site environment
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
