Join Eka Hospital's dynamic finance leadership team as the Tax, GL & Statutory Reporting Unit Head. This critical role will drive financial excellence across our healthcare operations by overseeing tax compliance, general ledger management, and statutory reporting functions. You'll ensure the integrity of financial transactions while implementing robust controls that align with Indonesian regulations and international accounting standards. As a key strategic partner to senior leadership, you'll analyze financial performance trends, optimize reporting processes, and lead a team of accounting professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the Tax, General Ledger, and Statutory Reporting teams
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial transaction accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits
- Optimize accounting processes through ERP system enhancements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (Master's preferred)
- CPA/ACCA certification with 8+ years accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years in managerial role with team leadership experience
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Healthcare industry experience highly valued
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
