Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including monthly VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh 21) filings and reporting.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to all employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Prepare regular tax and HR performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Tax & HR or Accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax systems, payroll, and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
