Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance including corporate income tax, GST, and statutory filings
- Lead tax incentive and grant application processes to maximize financial benefits
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct tax due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and new ventures
- Prepare complex tax returns and supporting documentation for regulatory submissions
- Monitor tax legislation changes and advise on potential impacts to operations
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CMA)
- Minimum 7 years of tax management experience in Malaysian corporate sector
- Proven track record in securing tax incentives and government grants
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, BNM regulations, and industry incentives
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior management
