Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage all aspects of tax compliance including income tax, VAT, and other local tax obligations
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and supporting documentation within statutory deadlines
- Conduct tax research to identify legislative changes and advise on their impact on business operations
- Lead tax audits and liaise effectively with tax authorities to resolve inquiries
- Provide tax advisory services to business units on transactional structures and operational decisions
- Monitor tax performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field with strong academic record
- Minimum 5 years of progressive tax management experience in Indonesia
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication skills to advise stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
