Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all tax compliance activities including tax filings, payments, and documentation
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance
- Provide tax advice and guidance to senior management on tax implications of business decisions
- Lead tax audits and ensure timely responses to tax authorities' inquiries
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization
- Prepare tax projections and forecasts for budgeting and planning purposes
- Manage relationships with tax authorities and external tax advisors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA qualification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in Indonesia
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with tax software and accounting systems
- Proven ability to manage tax audits and resolve tax disputes
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a tax team
