- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns
- Provide tax advice and guidance to various business departments
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company
- Conduct tax audits and ensure proper documentation
- Optimize tax positions through legal tax planning and incentives
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed
- Prepare tax-related reports for management and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in logistics industry
- Professional certification (Brevet A, Brevet B, or equivalent) is required
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems
- Experience managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes
