Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance
- Lead tax compliance activities including filing returns, payments, and documentation
- Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Advise management on tax implications of business decisions
- Oversee tax accounting processes and ensure accurate reporting
- Lead and develop the tax team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the organization
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments on tax-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar senior tax role
- Certified in Brevet A, B, and C (or equivalent qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and audit management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications
