Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all tax compliance activities including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies to minimize liabilities
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns (PPN, PPh, and local taxes)
- Conduct tax risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Manage relationships with tax authorities and external consultants
- Advise on tax implications of business transactions and investments
- Mentor junior tax staff and ensure team development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of tax management experience
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
