Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle tax compliance for Surabaya branch operations
- Coordinate with holding company on tax strategies and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and documentation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update tax policies accordingly
- Lead tax audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Analyze financial data for tax optimization opportunities
- Prepare tax-related reports for management review
- Mentor junior staff on tax procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of tax management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Experience in logistics/transportation industry preferred
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA) required
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
