We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Tax Manager to join Harrisma. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the tax function across the Holding structure and all business lines, with a specific focus on the IT Distribution sector. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local and international tax regulations while providing valuable tax planning insights to support the company's growth objectives. As a Tax Manager, you will act as a key advisor to senior management, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of tax compliance, reporting, and risk management. You will lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and optimizing the company's tax position.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage tax compliance for the Holding Company and all business units, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
- Prepare, review, and file accurate tax calculations, estimates, and statutory tax returns (PPh, PPN, PPh Badan).
- Lead and manage the tax audit process, liaising effectively with tax authorities and external auditors.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with corporate tax policies.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and interpret their impact on the company's operations, providing timely recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Operations departments to ensure accurate data for tax reporting purposes.
- Conduct tax risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential tax exposures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tax Management, with significant exposure to IT Distribution, Manufacturing, or Holding Company structures.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law, including VAT (PPN), Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan), and Withholding Tax (PPh 21).
- Experience in handling tax audits and resolving tax disputes with government authorities.
- Certification such as ATAP (Akuntan Pajak Terdaftar) or ATSP is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
