Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee end-to-end tax compliance processes including corporate, indirect, and international tax matters
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize client tax positions
- Manage tax audits, disputes, and regulatory inquiries with tax authorities
- Prepare complex tax returns and supporting documentation for diverse client portfolios
- Stay current with evolving tax legislation and advise clients on tax-efficient business structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax considerations into business strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax Law, or related field; CPA/CA/CTA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in a professional services or corporate environment
- Proven leadership experience managing tax teams and driving tax initiatives
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore tax code and international tax frameworks
- Expertise in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (e.g., Thomson Reuters, CCH) and Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
