Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Badan, PPN) accurately and on time.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of all tax obligations in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Reconcile tax accounts and maintain comprehensive tax documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Assist in handling tax audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities, and managing tax dispute resolutions.
- Provide accurate and timely advice on tax-related matters to various internal departments and management.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations, laws, and policies, and communicate relevant changes.
- Identify and implement tax efficiencies, compliance improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of tax processes with overall financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a closely related financial field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Tax Officer or in a similar tax-focused role, preferably within the construction industry or a large corporate environment.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, SPT Tahunan, etc.) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using tax software (e.g., e-SPT PPh, e-Faktur PPN) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Possession of a Brevet A/B/C certification is a plus.
