Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process monthly and annual tax filings and returns in strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date tax records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with tax authorities and government agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax-related reporting.
- Perform regular reconciliation of tax accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the Finance Department with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws to ensure the company remains compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax administration or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU Perpajakan) and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with external parties.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
