Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end payroll processing for 400+ employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments.
- Manage all tax compliance requirements, including PPh (Personal Income Tax) and PPh 21 filings with the Indonesian tax authority.
- Design and implement standardized finance and accounting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to maintain accurate employee master data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports and financial statements for management review.
- Oversee the payroll software and systems, ensuring data security, system integrity, and optimal performance.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records and tax filings to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Tax and Payroll management, preferably within a multinational or fast-growing company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (UU HPP, UU Cipta Kerja) and labor laws.
- Strong proficiency in local payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
