Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and international tax standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements to identify potential tax implications.
- Assist in the development of tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
- Communicate effectively with tax authorities and clients regarding audits and inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date tax documentation and records.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience in tax preparation and compliance.
- Familiarity with US tax codes (e.g., 1040, 1120, 1065) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or any relevant tax certification are desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
