- Develop and implement robust tax strategies to optimize company fiscal performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local and national tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns.
- Perform comprehensive tax research and stay updated on evolving tax laws and policies.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and related financial disclosures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external tax audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline tax reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in taxation, tax accounting, or compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in team mentorship.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel.
