PRO7 Autolighting is a leading player in the automotive lighting industry, committed to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Tax Staff to join our finance team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the company’s fiscal compliance, managing accurate tax reporting, and optimizing our financial processes.
As a Tax Staff, you will collaborate closely with the accounting department to streamline tax planning and administration. We are looking for someone who stays updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations (UU PPh, PPN, etc.) and possesses a strong analytical mindset. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax data with accounting records to ensure full compliance with internal audits.
- Perform e-Faktur generation and reporting through official government portals.
- Assist in the preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
- Monitor and update the company on changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and tax authorities (KPP) when necessary.
- Maintain well-organized tax documentation and physical filing systems.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and financial reconciliations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in tax administration or general accounting.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Proficient in using tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight government filing deadlines.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics regarding financial data handling.
- Reside in or willing to work in Surabaya.
