In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our financial compliance, optimizing tax processes, and supporting our mission to provide the best service to our customers.
As a Tax Staff at Global Retailindo Pratama, you will work closely with our finance department to navigate Indonesia's complex tax landscape. We are looking for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to the operational excellence of a fast-growing retail chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax filings (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax data with accounting records to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reporting documents and provide support during tax audits.
- Monitor and update tax-related master data in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial documents for reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax laws and implement necessary adjustments in reporting processes.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc administrative tasks related to corporate fiscal compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax or accounting function, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
