Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns (PPh, PPN, PBB, etc.) within statutory deadlines
- Conduct comprehensive tax compliance reviews across business operations
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize liabilities
- Manage tax audits and communications with tax authorities
- Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on organizational tax position
- Prepare tax-related financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for tax documentation gathering
- Maintain digital and physical tax records for audit readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (S1)
- Minimum 2-8 years relevant tax experience based on applied position
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (KUP, Perpajakan)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B/C or Tax Advisor) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
