Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the healthcare technology sector? Halodoc is seeking a dedicated Tax Staff to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our financial operations remain compliant with Indonesian tax regulations while supporting the growth of Indonesia's leading digital healthcare platform.
As a Tax Staff at Halodoc, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tax-related activities, from precise calculations to final reporting. You will work closely with the finance department to maintain accurate records, handle tax reconciliations, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with current tax laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate tax calculations and prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly tax reports.
- Conduct regular tax reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Manage tax administration duties, including document preparation and filing, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (UU HPP and UU PPh).
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and necessary supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve tax-related queries and improve internal processes.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates in internal systems.
- Provide support during external tax audits and coordinate with external consultants if required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tax calculation, reporting, or a related accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
