Eka Jaya International is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tax Staff (PPN) to join our growing finance team in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization maintains full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, specifically focusing on Value Added Tax (PPN/VAT) management.
As a Tax Staff, you will serve as a key player in our accounting department, bridging the gap between financial reporting and tax authorities. You will be tasked with preparing accurate tax returns, managing digital tax platforms, and providing support during internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end PPN (VAT) process, including output and input tax reconciliation.
- Operate the e-Faktur application accurately and ensure timely uploading of tax invoices.
- Prepare monthly tax reports (SPT Masa PPN) in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial records are audit-ready.
- Monitor and update knowledge regarding changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for tax audits and internal financial reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with tax authorities and external auditors when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax-related role, specifically handling PPN/VAT.
- Proficiency in using the e-Faktur system and online tax filing platforms (e-Bupot/e-Filing).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, particularly those concerning Value Added Tax.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data management and reporting.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
