Nagamas Logistic Utama is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Supervisor to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing the tax efficiency of our logistical operations.
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting, Finance, and Tax departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of Staff Accounting, Staff Finance, and Staff Tax.
- Ensure all corporate tax obligations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN, are prepared and reported accurately and on time.
- Perform comprehensive tax reconciliations and prepare documentation for tax audits or inquiries.
- Analyze financial reports to identify potential tax savings and risk exposure.
- Develop and mentor junior staff members to improve departmental performance and efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
