Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage tax compliance activities ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
- Supervise tax team members through coaching, delegation, and performance management
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate tax returns and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize organizational finances
- Monitor tax legislation changes and assess their impact on business operations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external tax authorities
- Conduct tax audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Provide tax advisory services to senior management on financial decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of tax compliance experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, BPHTB, etc.)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
