Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of annual tax returns (SPT) for the company
- Manage and coordinate tax audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide expert tax consultation to various departments on tax-related matters
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Ensure proper implementation of income tax (PPH) regulations and reporting
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization
- Prepare tax-related documentation and maintain accurate tax records
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax supervision or similar role
- Professional certification in taxation (Brevet A, B, or C) is preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
