Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead tax audits and coordinate with external tax authorities and auditors
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies for agricultural operations
- Manage tax documentation and reporting requirements for management and stakeholders
- Mentor and develop tax team members through training and performance management
- Analyze tax legislation changes and advise on operational impacts
- Collaborate with finance teams on tax implications of business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax supervision or similar roles
- Professional tax certification (Brevet A/B) or CPA qualification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPN, PPh, PBB, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Experience leading tax teams and managing compliance deadlines
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
