Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all tax compliance activities including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Lead and develop a team of tax professionals through mentorship and performance management
- Prepare and review complex tax returns ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Advise management on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
- Conduct internal tax audits and implement process improvements
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and update policies accordingly
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of tax experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
