Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance filings including PPh, PPN, and PBB
- Lead tax audits and prepare supporting documentation for tax authorities
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities
- Manage tax reporting processes and ensure accuracy in financial statements
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and regulatory bodies
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on compliance implications
- Train finance team on tax-related procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax supervision or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PP, PMK)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B or Tax Advisor) preferred
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems (SAP Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record in tax planning and compliance management
