Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage tax compliance processes including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize tax liabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Review and prepare complex tax returns and supporting documentation
- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals through training and performance guidance
- Coordinate with tax authorities during audits and inquiries
- Stay updated on Indonesian tax legislation and regulatory changes
- Implement tax risk management frameworks and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B/C or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
