Join EMAPTA's dynamic tax team as a Tax Supervisor Pod Lead and unlock a unique career opportunity with international exposure! This senior-level role combines tax expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering a competitive compensation package including a monthly salary up to PHP 180,000, a PHP 20,000 non-taxable allowance, and an exceptional double sign-on bonus equivalent to 2 months' salary. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a pod of tax professionals to ensure accurate tax compliance and advisory deliverables
- Oversee end-to-end tax processing for assigned clients, including preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings
- Conduct comprehensive tax research and analysis to address complex compliance issues
- Coordinate with Australian stakeholders during periodic travel to align on tax requirements and client needs
- Implement process improvements to enhance pod efficiency and service quality
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Stay updated on Philippine and Australian tax legislation to ensure compliance and advisory best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of tax compliance experience in BPO or outsourcing environment
- Proven team leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Exposure to Australian tax systems or willingness to travel to Australia
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
