Join a dynamic team at Adecco as a Tax & Treasury Finance Analyst. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional fluent in Mandarin to support our fast-paced shared services environment in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing tax compliance, treasury operations, and financial reconciliations within our SAP Finance ecosystem.

You will ensure accurate financial data management, support month-end close processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily tax filings and ensure strict compliance with local regulations.
- Perform treasury operations, including bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Support SAP Finance module data entry, system maintenance, and reporting.
- Conduct monthly financial reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Support the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) and strong English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (S/4HANA experience is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in Tax, Treasury, or General Accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shared services environment.
