Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of TCM body treatments, including massage, acupressure, and meridian therapy.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client health needs and customize treatment plans.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment rooms.
- Document client feedback and progress notes accurately and confidentially.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest TCM techniques and wellness trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Massage Therapy, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a wellness or clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling.
- Valid certification/license where applicable.
