Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to support Agency Builder project expansion.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Analyze performance metrics and business data to identify growth opportunities and process bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive-level presentations for key stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team culture through proactive communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage end-to-end administrative and strategic workflows to keep projects on schedule.
- Conduct deep-dive market and organizational research to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or team building roles.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau).
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
