Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash application, and collections.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of AR specialists to ensure high performance and service standards.
  • Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and minimize bad debt.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to streamline AR workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for complex billing issues and escalations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
