Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash application, and collections.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of AR specialists to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and minimize bad debt.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline AR workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and audit requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex billing issues and escalations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila.
