- Lead and mentor a team of claim operations specialists to ensure efficient processing of health medical claims
- Review and approve complex claims while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve claim disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Develop and maintain claim processing workflows to ensure timely resolution of health insurance claims
- Collaborate with underwriting and medical teams to resolve complex claim scenarios
- Generate regular reports on claim performance, trends, and team efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claim operations, with health insurance focus preferred
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in insurance or healthcare sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian healthcare insurance regulations and claim procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in claim documentation
- Proficiency in claim management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
