Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service in line with Louis Vuitton’s global standards of excellence.
- Manage daily floor operations, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are strictly maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure optimal product availability.
- Handle complex client escalations with professionalism, empathy, and effective conflict resolution skills.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals to develop team members' potential.
- Support the Store Manager in operational tasks, reporting, and event execution to drive store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or a high-end customer service environment.
- Proven track record in team leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of luxury clienteling and relationship management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for sales excellence and operational efficiency.
- Polished professional appearance and a genuine passion for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
