Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of associates responsible for daily operations in retirement services.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of 401K, 403B, ESOP, and other defined contribution plan transactions.
- Monitor team performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support to team members.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client inquiries and operational issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and client stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain high data integrity and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retirement services, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of defined contribution plans, including 401K, 403B, ESOP, and related regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial services software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
