Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations and workflow to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance performance.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that encourages teamwork.
- Handle escalated customer concerns or operational issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare daily reports on team achievements, challenges, and inventory status.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
