Tanggung Jawab
- Supervision & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing guidance, conducting daily briefings, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth running of venue operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift handovers, and inventory management.
- Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive top-tier service by monitoring service standards and addressing customer needs proactively.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and venue regulations to maintain a secure environment for all staff and visitors.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Staff Scheduling: Assist in roster planning and manage staff performance to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Housekeeping Standards: Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue to meet company hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality or service industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Customer Focus: Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as required by business needs.
- Education: Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' levels or equivalent; relevant hospitality certificates are a plus.
