Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production activities, ensuring all targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards (HACCP/ISO) to maintain product excellence.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
- Optimize production workflows and reduce waste to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to manage inventory and supply chain needs.
- Train and mentor new staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage or Manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
