Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Payable professionals, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the complete AP cycle, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), reporting on team performance to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex vendor inquiries and stakeholder escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Treasury, Tax) to streamline end-to-end financial processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage.
