Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure high standards of merchandise display and store cleanliness.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor animal welfare and habitat maintenance in strict compliance with internal guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishments, and handle incoming shipments efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert product recommendations and resolving inquiries.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to implement strategies for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Strong background in the retail industry; experience in pet retail or animal-related services is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a genuine passion for animal welfare and a positive attitude toward pet care.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
