Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and coach retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to boost sales conversion
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory control, merchandising standards, and visual presentations
- Coordinate daily store operations including staff scheduling and training
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Foster a positive team culture aligned with AEON's core values
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with 1+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and sales analytics
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Diploma in Business Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
