Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately.
- Oversee financial reporting, including month-end closing, budget tracking, and cash flow management.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track performance metrics and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain high levels of organizational efficiency and detail-oriented record-keeping.
- Manage team schedules and deliverables to meet strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a finance or accounting department.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
