Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and supervise food division team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize waste
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional departments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food retail or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage team performance and resolve conflicts
- Basic financial literacy (sales reports, budget management)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
