Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing food division teams
- Ensure daily operational efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory control and product rotation to minimize waste

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in food/retail industry
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards

- Proficiency in inventory management and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
