About the Role
GameOne PH is looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to join our Gadget Store in Fairview, Metro Manila. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example and ensure that store targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and support.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist in visual merchandising to optimize product displays.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in gadgets or electronics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and accessories is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
