Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of online shop administrators to ensure high performance and operational excellence
- Oversee daily order processing, inventory management, and customer service operations
- Develop and implement administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing times
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching to improve productivity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align administrative processes with business goals
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex operational issues
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations with 1+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record in managing online shop platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software
- Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach to operational challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
