Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve daily/weekly output targets
- Monitor production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for material flow optimization
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation efficiently
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in industrial settings
- Experience with production planning and inventory management software
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
