Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the SPG team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales targets and monitor team performance through daily reporting and analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with warehouse for replenishments.
- Train new hires on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
- Maximum age of 28 years old.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting.
